Mundane meets Divine – feast of St. Thomas Becket

Captured on my cell-phone camera on the feast of St. Thomas Becket. The shaft of light in the center was especially dramatic in person. Reminiscent of our daily lives, reaching for heaven. Or maybe of Christ reaching down to us. St. Thomas was martyred, and perhaps his death inspired Our Lord to create this sunset today.
